Current beta usage terms for the ITA Platform
The platform is operating as a controlled beta and should be treated as a practical workspace for authorized users. These terms outline the current expectations without pretending the product has launch-grade commercial terms yet.
Legal review note: this page reflects the current product behavior and still needs final business-specific review before public launch.
Authorized use
The platform is intended for students, companies, and admins who have been invited or otherwise granted access in the current environment.
- Use the app only for legitimate platform, learning, review, and recruiting workflows.
- Do not attempt to access another user's private records or bypass role protections.
- Admin access and protected routes remain server-side enforced.
Beta limitations
The product intentionally avoids claiming more than it currently supports.
- Some workflows are operational beta surfaces rather than fully commercial, launch-ready services.
- External service-level commitments, enterprise procurement clauses, and support guarantees are not stated here.
- Where a workflow is still in review or hardening, the UI should describe it honestly.
Acceptable use
These terms are intentionally short and practical so they can be reviewed and expanded later.
- Do not misuse public student profiles, messages, audit data, or review queues.
- Respect confidentiality when data is exposed only to a specific role or workspace.
- Use the system in a way that aligns with education, hiring, review, and platform operations.
